Project Manager Operations (m/f/x)

The Project Manager - Operations will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational projects and processes from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

Your profile

  • Technical and/or commercial University degree or proven comparable qualification.
  • Min 3 years of experience in IT /operations department in a SME, preferable in the financial services Industry
  • Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in Agile teams, with an understanding of Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skillset, result-oriented and structured way of working
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Zoho, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • Excellent communication skills, business fluent English, German is a plus

Your tasks

  • Lead and manage operational projects, client-onboarding and existing operational processes
  • Challenge existing processes and data-flows constantly and monitor ongoing change-requests
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and constantly make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular project updates and reports.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Attractive Salary Model
