Impressions from the ALFI Global Asset Management Conference 2026

Brief Review on ALFI

Fenion once again attended the ALFI Global Asset Management Conference in Luxembourg this year. As part of a comprehensive series of insightful presentations and panel discussions, stakeholders from the European financial industry addressed current topics in regulation, fund operations, and asset management.

A particular highlight was, once again, the participation of Luxembourg’s supervisory authority, CSSF, which announced updates to various regulatory reporting requirements and related filing processes.

Not entirely surprising: ESG was less prominent this year compared to previous years, as substantial changes have already been announced under SFDR 2.

We were especially pleased with the many positive discussions with key stakeholders from the international financial industry. We look forward to returning next year, when we plan to present a number of new products for the fund industry.
