Fenion maintains established interfaces to all relevant systems and market participants in the fund industry: to data vendors such as WM Datenservice and Bloomberg (both sourcing and delivery), to the leading fund accounting systems Xentis, SimCorp, eFront and Paxus, to portfolio management solutions such as DPG, Inasys and Finaplus, as well as to supervisory authorities including the CSSF in Luxembourg and the FCA in the United Kingdom. In addition, we implement custom connections to further systems on request.
After analysing your system landscape and requirements, we jointly define the format, scope and frequency of the data flows. We handle the technical implementation, testing and onboarding entirely – with no costly adaptations on your side. After go-live, continuous monitoring, validations and plausibility checks ensure that your data flows reliably and on time.
No. We process the standard exports of your existing systems directly and take care of conversion, enrichment and validation. The same applies to outbound delivery: your data is provided in the native format of the target system – eliminating complicated mapping projects on your side.
We are flexible when it comes to transmission channels and adapt to your requirements. Data can be sourced and delivered via various channels (API, SFTP, etc.). For regulatory submissions, we use the official reporting channels – such as the CSSF's eDesk portal or S3 API, or the FCA's RegData platform.
All interfaces run on our audit-proof, ISO 27001 certified and DORA-compliant infrastructure. Every data flow is continuously monitored, validated against the current specifications and fully historised – so it is traceable at any time which data was transferred, when and in what form.
We proactively track format changes – such as the ongoing migration of WM's reporting regime to the XML-based Fontus format or new versions of regulatory templates – and implement them in good time. Nothing changes for you: your interfaces continue to run without interruption.
